Gimme a call!
One of the reasons you pay me all that dough is so that you can get your questions answered! I want to be available for you to call... so here's the deal: I am available to you whenever you need me from 6 am 'til 10pm except for Friday night and all day Saturday. These are out of bounds unless it is an emergency... i.e. your service is down or something critical that was working, isn't anymore.
A small warning: Due to the fact that I have a small son, of whom I'm the proud papa, my ability to get to the phone may be impaired from time to time... please do leave a message and I'll get it taken care of. I will do my best to call or email you back as soon as possible.
